Happy New Year! It’s that time of year where resolutions are made and intentions are set. There’s this inherent pressure that lurks around this time of year over our head to suddenly turn our lives around with the snap of our fingers. To me this time can get pretty overwhelming. I’m all about setting small attainable goals throughout the year and doing a self check on my mental health first and foremost through the year. Journaling has become a part of my life like brushing my teeth it’s a habit now. We’ve all heard of the benefits of journaling and writing our thoughts!<\/p>\n\n\n
